Todd Beaver and the team at Hendrick Collision Center South took excellent care of our 2005 Honda Accord. His customer service was outstanding, professional, responsive, and attentive throughout the entire repair process. He kept us informed, answered our questions clearly, and made sure every detail was handled properly. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. The bumper looks brand new, and the headlights look completely refreshed. The team’s care, precision, and pride in their work are immediately noticeable. The process was also very convenient, with easy shuttle transportation to Enterprise for our rental vehicle, which made everything much smoother and less stressful. We are extremely pleased with the final result and highly recommend Todd Beaver and the entire Hendrick Collision Center South team for exceptional customer service, convenience, and high-quality collision repair. Five stars all around!

Jason was WONDERFUL! He kept me updated on the estimated timeframe on repair via text and email. They finished with my car a week earlier and called to say it was ready while I was at work! I told them I would be there on LUNCH bc it had been ENTIRELY too long without my baby 😩😂. I absolutely LOVE Honda. This is my 2nd time with my car in the shop in two years (bc of stupid ppl on the road lol) and each time Hendrick Collision has been EXCELLENT! From dropping the car off to having a car there to pick me up and take me over for my rental. The transition was seamless! I purchased my car here and the service for each oil change and each car repair has been the easiest process! The customer service and work has ALWAYS been on point!

It was a very easy process handled by friendly and professional staff. I needed a BMW-certified collision center to make the repairs to my BMW. The South Blvd location was recently certified, and I had read other good reviews. Every person, from the front desk reception, to Anna to Jason, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was kept updated via email and text, all repairs were fully explained and all my questions answered. My 2015 BMW looks just as good or probably slightly better than before the repairs. The car had been washed prior to pickup. I am very satisfied with the work performed on my car and with the staff. I am a very observant person and take good care of my vehicles. I would recommend them.

When Quality Matters Jon Malave and his team at Hendrick Honda Collision will get you top notch service!! If you're anything like me, you're extremely picky about your car. A vehicle isn't just transportation—it's an investment, something you take pride in, and something you want treated with care when repairs are needed. Recently, my car was hit while it was parked. The damage was significant enough that it required new parts and fresh paint. Before coming to Hendrick Honda Collision, I actually tried another shop. Unfortunately, the experience there left me disappointed. The quality of work and the level of customer service simply didn’t meet my expectations.  After that experience, my car gets hit again. That’s when I decided to bring my vehicle to Hendrick Honda Collision—and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. From the moment I walked in the door, the entire team made a great impression. The staff at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and professional. My service writer, Jon Malave, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the process was smooth from start to finish. Jon and his team did an amazing job repair
